This document contains the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the website and online store operated by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. as a Service Provider (located under the domain name webshop.mufogsor.com).
Please read all points of the following Agreement carefully, as before placing your order, the Customer declares that he has read and accepts the content of these Terms and Conditions.

Order process
- The Customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the webshop.mufogsor.com online store.
- The webshop.mufogsor.com online store provides product presentation and online ordering and purchase of medical books.
- The detailed product page can be accessed by clicking on the name of the product, where the Buyer can find out about the detailed characteristics and price of the product he wants to order.
- The data, descriptions, properties and other characteristics of the products are displayed by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. to the best of its knowledge.
- The order can only be placed electronically in the webshop.mufogsor.com online store.
- By phone, fax, e-mail, letter, etc. orders placed will not be accepted by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. also sends the information related to the order electronically to the Customer.
- Browsing the online store, viewing text content and products, and placing an order do not require registration. The Buyer has the option to register on the site, which may facilitate subsequent orders.
- The selected product can be placed in the Basket using the Basket button, next to the button the required number of pieces can be set.
- After adding the product(s) to the cart, you must select a payment method for the products. Payment is made by direct bank transfer or online bank card payment via OTP SimplePay.
- Filling in the fields marked with an asterisk is mandatory for the Buyer.
- If a product is temporarily unavailable, the Customer can inquire at the customer service of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. at info@mufogsor.com about expected arrival.
- If a product is temporarily unavailable, the new purchase price may change, therefore Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. reserves the right to change the price.
- The purchase price is always the price indicated next to the selected product. The prices are in forints, they are gross prices, they include VAT, but these prices do not include the delivery cost. The shipping cost is clearly visible before finalizing the order and can also be found in the Delivery conditions menu item. The books include 5% VAT, the shipping cost includes 27% VAT.
- Before placing the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to change the data provided during registration by overwriting and recording the changed data.
- The order is activated by pressing the “Send order” button, thereby the Customer makes an offer, to which Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. automatically sends a confirmation within 48 hours of the order.
- The Buyer acknowledges that the sending of his order created a payment obligation for the Buyer.
- In each case, the confirmation includes the chosen method of receipt and payment, the value of the order, the terms of delivery, the name and quantity of the product, as well as the Buyer’s data.
- If this confirmation – which contains the conditions of the order – does not arrive within 48 hours to the Customer, contact Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. at info@mufogsor .com can be contacted at the e-mail address. Please check the Promotion and Spam mail folders in advance.
- If this confirmation – which contains the conditions of the order – is not received by the Buyer within 48 hours, the Buyer will be released from the binding offer.
- If the Customer notices incorrect data after the order has been recorded (e.g. in the confirmation e-mail), he must notify Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. in writing immediately, but no later than within 24 hours.
Inventory management
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. does its best to ensure the accuracy of the information in the online store.
- The stock of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. is constantly changing, so it may happen that the product listed in the online store is no longer in stock, and Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. cannot fulfill the order, or only partially.
- If the ordered product is not available, Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. will immediately inform the Customer of this and will refund any consideration paid in advance on the Internet within 14 days after the notification at the latest. The Buyer will not be charged any additional costs in connection with the refund.
Payment methods
Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. provides the following payment methods:
- online bank card payment via OTP SimplePay (also works on mobile);
online bank card payments are made through OTP’s SimplePay system. In case of payment by bank card, the Waiter will be redirected from the ‘Cashbox’ in the user interface to the secure website of OTP Simple, through which the payment of the purchase price will actually be settled. Upon successful payment, the financial institution’s website redirects the Customer back to the user interface. The same thing happens in the event of an unsuccessful payment, and the Waiter can try to use his bank card again or choose another payment method. Várásló accepts that the following personal data stored by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. in the user database of webshop.mufogsor.com will be transferred to OTP Mobil Szolgáltató Kft. (1143 Budapest, Hungária krt. 17-19.). The purpose of data transmission is: customer service assistance for users, confirmation of Transactions and fraud monitoring for the protection of users.

Delivery conditions
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. primarily accepts orders addressed to Hungary. Delivery outside Hungary is possible for certain countries. The details of this are contained in the Foreign delivery section of these General Terms and Conditions.
- Personal collection is currently not possible.
- The package is delivered by GLS Courier Service to the specified/marked address.
- You can discuss the delivery time with the courier, who will notify you of the delivery time by e-mail and SMS.
- The package will be delivered by GLS Courier Service within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
- Before accepting the package, the Buyer must make sure that the package is intact.
- If for some reason the package is not delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch, the GLS Courier Service will call the Customer at the specified phone number and then try to deliver the package again. If the delivery is not successful the third time, GLS Courier Service will deliver the package back to the headquarters of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft.
- In the case of undelivered packages, the return shipping fee is borne by the Buyer, and resending can only be done by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. if the package’s value is transferred in advance and the return shipping fee is settled.
Foreign delivery
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. provides the possibility of delivery to foreign addresses outside of Hungary, for specific countries, for a delivery fee (based on international tariffs).
- Specified foreign countries can be selected on the Wallet page, in the Country drop-down menu.
- The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and correct delivery address. We recommend entering a telephone number together with the country code.
- Delivery to foreign addresses is carried out by different delivery companies per country.
- Delivery fees to foreign addresses have been determined per country, per order, and include 27% VAT. Foreign shipping fees »
- Delivery times to foreign addresses vary by country.
- Customs clearance is required if the order was delivered to a delivery address outside the European Union and is subject to customs due to its value (the cost of this is not included in the product price and delivery fee).
- In the case of undelivered packages, the return shipping fee is borne by the Buyer, and resending can only be done by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. if the package’s value is transferred in advance and the return shipping fee is settled.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. will do its best to deliver the products ordered by the Customer as soon as possible.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. is entitled to use a subcontractor to fulfill the order (for example courier service: GLS Courier Service, courier services for delivery abroad, online bank card payment: OTP Mobil Kft.).

- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. is the Ektv. 13/A. §. in accordance with the provisions of the contract creation and invoicing of fees, is entitled to manage the customer’s natural personal identification data (e.g. name), address and other personal data (e.g. e-mail address, billing address) that are technically absolutely necessary for the use of the service. The above data will be deleted by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. if the contract is not concluded or terminated.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. can modify these General Terms and Conditions, the prices of the products sold in the online store and other indicated prices at any time with non-retroactive effect.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. does its best to ensure that the data appearing on its pages (price, availability, description of products, etc.) are as accurate as possible.
- If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. reserves the right to make corrections. In such a case, after recognizing or modifying the error, Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. immediately informs the Customer of the new data. After that, the Buyer can confirm his order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.
- An obviously incorrect price resulting from a system error, for example HUF 0 or HUF 1, does not constitute an invitation to bid.
- The images shown next to the products are illustrations
- The Customer may use the webshop.mufogsor.com online store solely at his own risk.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. excludes all responsibility for the behavior of users of the online store. The Buyer is fully and exclusively responsible for his own conduct.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. is not responsible for possible damages in the following cases: In case of an operational error that prevents the Customer from connecting to the webshop.mufogsor.com online store and placing an order there juice. For any failure of the Buyer’s computer due to a hardware or software error, or for damages due to the interruption of the Internet connection. We ask our customers to protect themselves against viruses and so-called worms that spread online in order to use the Internet safely.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. guarantees the quality of its products to the extent required by law.
- Send your claim and comments in writing to the customer service of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft., to the e-mail address info@mufogsor.com.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. is obliged to investigate the complaint within 5 working days, and to notify the Customer in writing of the result and further actions.
- The employees of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. provide only general information over the phone.
- The Customer can contact the staff of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. with any questions or comments regarding their order at the e-mail address info@mufogsor.com.
- The Customer’s complaints are handled in writing at the e-mail address info@mufogsor.com.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. is committed to settling complaints peacefully.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. can initiate the procedure of a conciliation body for the simple, quick, out-of-court settlement of disputes (consumer disputes).
- If the Buyer has chosen an incorrect product when placing the order, it is possible to exchange it, but in this case the Buyer bears the cost of delivery and return. In the event of any exchange, the Buyer shall contact the customer service of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. in advance at the e-mail address info@mufogsor.com.
- Free return of goods is only possible if the product ordered by the Customer was damaged before receipt and/or was sent by mistake by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft.
- The right to withdraw from a purchase is regulated in Hungary by Government Decree 45/2014 on absentee contracts. 45/2014. (II. 26.) Pursuant to the Government Decree, the Buyer may withdraw from the purchase without reason within 14 days of receipt (handover of the product).
- The Buyer’s right of withdrawal can be exercised by means of a clear statement to that effect, or pursuant to Art. 45/2014. (II. 26.) You can exercise it by using the sample declaration in Annex No. 2 of Government Decree.
- The Buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the day of receipt of the product.
- Date of handover (product acceptance): date of receipt from the courier. These can be proven with a receipt from the courier.
- In case of cancellation, the Customer will return the product at his own expense to the headquarters of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft.
- In case of an order containing several products in one item (for example, 3 books), the Buyer is obliged to return all products in the package complete, unopened and undamaged.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. does not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery. In any case, the resulting damage will be borne by the Buyer sending the package cash on delivery.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) immediately, but no later than within 14 days of its return.
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. will not refund shipping fees.
- In case of cancellation, the Buyer is solely responsible for the product delivery fee and the cost of returning the product.
- During the refund, Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. uses the same payment method as the payment method used during the original transaction, unless the User has given his express consent to use a different payment method.
- The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 45/2014. In the case of the provisions of § 29 of the Government Decree, in particular: in the case of a non-pre-manufactured product that was produced based on the Buyer’s instructions or at the express request of the Buyer, or in the case of a product that was clearly tailored to the Buyer’s personality (e.g. photo book); regarding a perishable product or a product that retains its quality for a short time; with regard to a product with closed packaging that cannot be returned after being opened after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene; with regard to a product which, due to its nature, is inseparably mixed with another product after delivery; with respect to the sale and purchase of audio and video recordings in sealed packaging, as well as copies of computer software, if the Buyer has opened the packaging after delivery; with regard to newspapers, magazines and periodicals (with the exception of subscription contracts); with regard to the digital data content provided on a non-physical data carrier, if Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. has started performance with the express, prior consent of the Customer, and at the same time as this consent, the Customer has declared that he/she will lose his/her right of withdrawal/termination after the start of performance.
- The Buyer is liable for damages resulting from improper use. Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. may demand compensation for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
- Instead of an accessory warranty, the Buyer may assert a product warranty claim against the Distributor.
- In case of product warranty, the Buyer can only request the replacement (repair) of the defective product.
- The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time it is placed on the market, or if it does not have the properties included in the description provided by the Manufacturer. In this case, the Buyer must prove the defect of the product.
- The product warranty claim can be asserted within 2 years from the date of placing on the market.
- The Distributor is exempt from the product warranty obligation only if it proves that the product was not produced or marketed within the scope of its business activities; or the defect was unrecognizable according to the state of science and technology at the time of placing it on the market; or the defect in the product results from the application of legislation or mandatory official regulations. It is sufficient for the Distributor to prove one reason.
- An accessory warranty claim and a product warranty claim cannot be asserted at the same time, in parallel with each other.
- The 151/2003. (IX. 22.) In the event of a defect in durable consumer goods specified in the annex to the Government Decree, the Buyer may assert a warranty claim against Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. within 1 year from the date of receipt (provided that he is considered a Consumer in accordance with this Government Decree).
- Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. is only released from the warranty obligation if it proves that the cause of the defect arose after performance.
- The Buyer can enforce his warranty claim as explained in the accessory warranty, with the exception that in the case of a defect in the durable consumer product, if the replacement claim is asserted within 3 working days of receipt, the product will be replaced by Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft., if the failure is due to the intended use hinders (if the product is available in the shop/warehouse of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft.), and in the event of notification beyond this, Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. strives to have the replacement take place within 15 days.
- The Buyer may not assert an accessory warranty and warranty claim, or a product warranty and warranty claim at the same time due to the same defect. However, the rights arising from the warranty belong to the Buyer regardless of his rights that can be asserted through the accessories warranty and product warranty.
- The entire webshop.mufogsor.com online store (texts, images, graphic elements, etc.) is protected by copyright, so it is forbidden to copy, modify or distribute it for commercial purposes.
- The processing and sale of the whole or parts of the page (text, graphics, photos, structure, program, etc.) is prohibited without the prior written consent of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft.
- The pages of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft. are fully protected by copyright, it is forbidden to cut out any part of them, and to retransmit the mutilated part to the public in any way. Without the prior written permission of Ars Artis Orvosi Kiadó Kft., it is forbidden to reflect the contents of the paper, i.e. to retransmit them to the public with the help of a technical operation, even in an unchanged form.
